I’ve decided to pause on my illustration work for the evening to write a quick post. Above is another piece that I’ve been working on. Eventually it will be a series, loosely based on some literature that I’ve always found a bit interesting since I was in grade number four. More to come with this. It will be in my portfolio.
I’m currently working on even more things that I’ll most likely post here shortly as the deadline is a weekend from tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my shit together in time.

Conversational All Stars.
One of my better purchases in the last few rounds of record buying. Maybe it will break up the pain of the workly weekday soul suck. Anyhoo, the delete is enjoying the band. In other news, hockey sucked this evening. I had to listen to the majority of the game via a fairly cheap FM radio and realized that radio commercials can be even more annoying than the telly. Also, the train was uber annoying with Mr. Mustache sitting across from me, another man using my shoulder as a pillow, a wide variety of people playing musical seat with the other spot that would come open about every other stop, not to mention feeling shitty from my latest battle with the bloody shnazola.
It is almost my bedtime, so until next time…..snoogins.

Tis’ St. Patricks day and a monday to boot. Yeah for that (smell the sarcasm?). Well nothing really much to report from the base camp of delete. I started a new illustration last night that kicks off the work that I’ll be submitting for an upcoming publication. I’ll work on this bad boy this week and will most likely have some posting aboot it here shortly. More to come. Until the, courage.
Slice Where You Live Like Pie
Tis’ friday and I awoke at 3am only to fall back asleep and pull myself out of bed and thrown into the shower only to still be the walking dead even halfway through my cup of coffee. Good thing I found enough energy to put another entry into this thing. I bet that the newness of this will soon wear off and I’ll soon be putting up one word entries with the possible stupid image that I’ve either created or found. You kids are in luck.
Yesterday as I was leaving the train and walking to the car to await the arrival of the wife, I notice that three cop cars had pulled over a caddy full of people on the overpass, which would be Yosemite. Soon the cops all had their guns pointed at the car and soon pulled the driver out and made him open the trunk. I still had my headphones in and was awaiting a disruption gunfire at any point (OK not really, but I’ve been watching a lot of television as of late). Anyways, nothing really happened except backing up traffic on Yosemite and on the walkway to the parking lot.
Well, if I can power through one more day of the grind, maybe I’ll be able to recover over the weekend and have a better piece of mind, but at the very least lets hope I can get some work done. I’m sure I’ll be posting more later today and this weekend.
I will one day own a Canadian Tuxedo.
Well after a bit of tracking down the guts of the style sheet of this thing, it is slowly coming together into something other than the theme that it started out to be. WordPress adjustments aren’t as intimidating as they once were. It’s been a long arsed week and I am looking forward to the traditional two days of down time until it is back to the eight hour gutwrench again.
At least hockey is treating me well. The wife doesn’t seem to agree with my interest in this game so much, but I try and assure her that I’m not going to start frequenting sports bars, wearing baseball caps backwards, listening to the dave matthews band, etc. I am thinking about getting a hanson brothers tattoo (the brothers from slapshot, not the um-bop ones, geez!).
I’m hoping to get a chance to weekend to spend working on a creation for a submission to a publication which is due here in about a week. I think that I should be inspired by a lot of the happenings of the year so far to come up with the two page spread that I have awaiting my creation.
Lots of good stuff on Fecal Face these days. I recently saw a photo of a former classmate helping hang a show via fecal. It is true, walt disney wasn’t lying, it is a small world and you can get your head cryogenically frozen. Also, Genghis Tron’s new album has been playing more than it hasn’t on my iPOD.

After a bit of messing around with everything, this blog is taking a shape. This will be a good spot for me to post pointless news and updates on everything Josef, as I’m sure there are many curious parties wondering what exactly goes into a day in the life of the delete.
