Snow Trek, Day 3.
Tis’ 8.19 am, and we’re camping out at the rents place for the morning. The plan is to await the temps to melt the tundra that has occurred in the past few days so we can get back to CO to continue the moving adventure. We’ll see if das’ weather decides to cooperate with us.
The trip to the great white north was quite successful. A house has been reserved for Deleted Inc. to set up shop in Montana next week. That is all for now, until next time….courage.
Sussudio and the not so ultimate warrior.
I ran across this “compelling” video whilst taking a break from packing. Oh, how people change. I’ve done some research on the man who has now legally changed his name to “Warrior” and makes appearances on fox news and is an uber conservative public speaker, not to mention a bit of Dick Cheney creepy these days. My childhood has been moved around a bit on this news. Har har. Packing is going, OK, I would say. The only thing is Wyoming is being transferred into a big snow drift today and looks like it isn’t going to stop until maybe the morning. We’ll see how long it takes for us to get up to MT to secure our new abode. That’s it for now. Until the next time, courage.
The next halloween costume.
I came across this Don Cherry halloween costume photo this evening. Nicely done, I must say. I think I might have to start dressing up for halloween once again. Well, I’ve updated the theme on of the blog again. Some more work needs to be done, i.e. with the navigation and such, but I think it will be coming along here in the next day or say. We’re headed to WY and MT in the next handful of days. Lots of crap to finalize, but when it is all said and done, I’ll have a different IP addy and we’ll be 2 states away from where I’m typing now. I don’t feel tardy.
Well folks, I’m staring down the barrel of two remaining shifts at my soon to be former employer. I sort of feel like a kid before christmas, 6am in their case, 5pm friday in my case, can’t come soon enough. Next week the delete washes his hands of CO and begins the trek up to Montana. Until then I will be twittling my thumbs and waiting for more pieces to fall into place. Speaking of which, I must finish the morning prep for das’ commute. Until next time, courage.
