So it has been a long and bitter week for the delete, but it has gone by a fair pace. I think it is because we declared the fact that we’d be going to the mountains again this weekend. It helps one delete to have a carrot on a stick in order to swim through the pains of the weekday calendar.

I’ll be sure to have photographic proof of me being somewhere else than a cubicle, car or our basement. That is for the non-believers of Josef never doing anything else.

Floods, explosions and the great debate of how Wyoming is not relative to any other state that it touches. These are the life and times of one Delete. Flashes of warm weather have been followed by down pours and tornado sirens here at Deleted Inc., very unstable to say the least (not to mention that the weather has been weird as well…wink wink nudge nudge).

I’ve been dropping the mouse from time to time and picking up the mechanical pencil as well as the watercolors lately. I’ve forgotten how engulfed I can become with this process. Forget the looming sessions of therapy that could be on the horizon, I’m going to put this shit down on paper, panel or canvas. The other details can be handled with a variety of searches on grooveshark to pick the evenings soundtrack.

I’ll be posting my progress on the various pieces, oh and I’m also developing a sort of secret society/lodge (I guess it isn’t too secret if I’m putting it up here….), a logo, fez and more to come with time.

I’ve managed to focus for a second and take a break from the ol’ dark and depressy to create an illustration to celebrate paranoia which belongs to somebody other than myself. I’m thinking this might look good in shirt format. I’d wear one, would you?

So Conan is on the telly again starting tonight, which makes me have hope. You see, I link my shit luck to the fact that it really started when Conan was taken off the air. I blame “The Chin” for this happening. I guess we will see if this really had anything to do with anything, but I’d like to think that things are on the up and up.

The new Deleted, Inc. Headquarters is coming together. With this new addition, some freshening up of the website might be in order. More on this shortly. The Delete has been off his game as of late, please excuse the slack…2010 bears down on the thinker from time to time and reality can cripple one’s ambition for awhile. In time the Delete that we’ve all come to tolerate and not invite to functions shall be back. Don’t worry hipsters and LoDo, the gloves are still off until somebody yells Uncle.

Know your roots.

One week from today, Beendeleted, Inc. will have new headquarters about 8 – 10 blocks away from the spider infested death trap we’re currently renting. An upgrade indeed! Note, this is not an excuse for you to visit us now as we are doing it to grow the corporation in style and comfort. Tours of the new facility will have to go through a vigorous interview and selection process. You know the Willy Wonka golden ticket system, well I think it might resemble that a bit.
