The first Mother’s Day, without.

On March 6th of this year, my mother passed away after a long fight with numerous health problems. Needless to say, it has been a rough two months since then. Today is mother’s day, a day that usually I’d be searching out flowers, jewelry or something to give to my mom to let her know that I was thinking of her on this day. As there is still no final resting spot to visit and pay tribute, I’m using my blog as a vehicle for this… I love you and will never forget everything you taught and showed me, I couldn’t have asked for a better mother. I love and miss you mom.

The Suprising Adventures of Sir Digby Chicken Caesar

With the demise of late night television these days, the rath of the chin is being felt, I’ve been forced to back into finding shows that don’t make you want to jab forks into my head. “That Mitchell and Webb Look”, mostly for a segment called “The Surprising Adventures of Sir Digby Chicken Caesar” . I’d check it out, if you know what is good for you! So, Conan is out and Leno is in. Dear Mr. Leno, don’t do us any favors by picking the carcass of something that the big cheeses of the network has freshly killed. Maybe it will open more time slots for late night episodes of “Jersey Shore” or “The Biggest Loser”….man I hate me some reality television. That is all for now. Until next time…COURAGE.

Could this be?

This blathering has been brought to you by Dinosaur Jr. Could this be the last Wednesday of a baby-free Josef? Maybe? If my daughter comes upon this blog submission at any point, I am not dreading your arrival, the nerves are just driving this delete a bit on the crazy side. Please pardon your father. In other news, I’m in the market for a new vehicle. Wish me luck. Until next time…courage.

And now for something you’ll really like.

Mr. Show taught me a lot, but mostly that I really need to beef up on my flatualence skills if I’m to compete with Mr. Gary or others. That is all for now, until the next time….COURAGE.

A Brazilian Little Pieces.

Many a moon ago, I did an illustration in which a company from Brazil was impressed with and they made some shirts. The language barrier made it a bit difficult to get the lowdown on distribution and whatnot, but it looks as if there are still shirts floating around.

Mr. Jonathan Yi.

Directed this video…he also is the meat in the sandwich called Hellacine. Check him out, you won’t regret it.
