A Salad Once Named Elizabeth.

A Salad Once Named Elizabeth.

Another check in from the land of of Milk and No Money, aka Josef. Things have been about the same around these parts. Still sewn into the skin of the never ending job hunt. I did manage to add quite a bit to the portfolio since the last post, which is good. I think some more shall be added soon.

Freelance has been OK. I’ve done a few logos and a website. It’s been a moment, but still was able to slip into that medium without much hassle. It’s good to keep the chops up. I’ve been struggling in the illustration department, but have a couple of gig posters on deck, so I think that should pull me out of this.

Farmer Josef called it a season, but the warmth here on Hoth has continued. Usually we’ve had at least a snow flake or two by now. Each year seems a bit warmer and it’s not just the ol’ imagination. Pretty soon Flamingos will be hanging in Hoth. Yipes.

Hockey has started. The good guys stumbled coming out of the gate, but we shall see if they can get back into the swing of things. Injuries and bad scenarios have them handcuffed at the moment. If they can weather the storm and get out of the month at .500, I think we will be fine. Even if not, they have people coming back sooner than later from injury so help is on the way. Who knew the blog section of my website would be a soundboard for my hockey theories. Oh well, my brainguts are buried in this.

I’ve managed to do a few illustrations, but its tough sledding. Hopefully I’ll power through it soon. Artist’s block is frustrating. Have you heard the new Chat Pile record? It’s pretty amazing. Well, big gulps huh? Until next time, COURAGE. Remember, VOTE and as per usual FODBM
